Case Manager
Part-Time |
Remote or in person if in Elkhart Indiana
Role Overview:​

Engage in real time crisis communication with women facing abortion decisions
-
Provide calm, clear, compassionate support in high pressure situations
-
Offer accurate resources quickly and responsibly
-
Debrief cases with leadership and carry complex situations as a team
-
Participate in team prayer, case review, and ongoing collaboration
-
Define success by faithfulness, steadiness, and dignity in crisis, not outcomes alone
-
Remain present and supportive even when a woman chooses abortion
-
Lead and manage the Hands of Grace helpline team

What We’re Looking For:
-
Deeply rooted and mature in your walk with Christ
-
Emotionally regulated and steady under stress. Able to slow panic and speak truth with compassion

Strong personal boundaries and does not internalize outcomes
-
Comfortable with hard conversations and high stakes ministry
-
Not in active personal crisis and not easily triggered by abortion stories
-
Team minded, submitted to leadership, and willing to carry cases together
-
Does not require personal recognition for impact
-
Genuinely called to crisis and front line ministry


Abortion Recovery Coaches
Stipend Role | ~10 hrs/week | Flexible
Role Overview:

Prepare and lead weekly class sessions
-
Provide accountability, prayer, and encouragement
-
Guide students through homework and memorial services
-
Track progress and attend monthly team meetings
